How Hypnotherapy Can Help You

I use a range of modalities that all combine to align you to your soul’s truth.  We dive beyond the conscious mind to reveal the trauma that has led to your present day state of being.

Your body traps emotions from past trauma that cause blockages in your mind and body.  During this spiritual journey you will connect with your soul to get the clarity you need. We get to the root cause of these trauma to find, acknowledge and release to transform you back to wellness and flow again.

Some clients require just one session while others will require a personalized treatment plan.  Together we select what is right for you.

Introspective Hypnosis

A modern hypnotherapy modality

Introspective Hypnosis is a therapeutical approach that combines Ericksonian hypnosis techniques, enhanced by clinical hypnotherapy, spirituality and the dynamics of forgiveness, in order to achieve emotional release and positive behavioral changes.

Introspective Hypnosis also helps to address and provide relief from psychosomatic symptoms due to repressed emotions or hidden memories such as pain, despair, relationship problems, phobias, depression, fears, addictions, anger and more.

Introspective Hypnosis is also effective in entity removal should this arise in your session.

I studied with master hypnotherapists Alba Weinman and Antonio Sangio in North Carolina, USA.

Internal Parts Therapy

Understanding all parts of yourself

Internal Parts Therapy is a transformative therapy that helps people heal by accessing, loving, and integrating their protective and wounded inner parts.

Our naturally complex mind often creates unrest and inner conflict as we acknowledge extreme inner roles.  Emotions such as anger, anxiety, perfectionism, obsession, victimhood, and alcoholism are examples of protective parts of ourselves that get 'exiled'

The goal of Parts Therapy is not to eliminate ‘parts,’ instead to understand, welcome, and integrate them into the self.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's it like to be in a hypnotic state?

The hypnotic state is a feeling of deep relaxation while being aware of all the surroundings and having full control over your body. This state of relaxation allows you to ‘switch off’ the conscious mind and dive into the subconscious mind where we often hold suppressed emotions and difficult memories.

We actually all drop into hypnotic state all the time doing activities that induce flow such as while driving, reading a book, watching an interesting movie. Think about it as being awake while having a vivid dream.  All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, which means that you must be willing to be hypnotized in order for hypnosis to occur.

How do I know if I am going ‘deep enough’?

Your level of relaxation makes no difference as long as we are able to reach the subconscious mind. The relaxation techniques will take you into an Alpha state where you are still aware of your surroundings and can communicate with your practitioner however in a relaxed manner.

Is it enough to be in a hypnotic state to be healed?

It is important to note that people are not treated with hypnosis, but treated in hypnosis, meaning that we are able to access the subconscious mind in a hypnotic state in order to address the issue at hand and heal it.

I am not a visual person, would that affect the information I am getting?

Not at all. Each person is different, some are visual, and others get their knowledge through other senses. In session you will be encouraged to use all of your senses and your "knowing" to dive deeper.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No, it is impossible to get stuck in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness that everybody reaches every day during regular daily activities that achieve a flow state like driving, reading, or watching a movie. It can be easily reversed by simply opening your eyes!

Can someone accompany me during my session?

No one else is allowed to accompany you during your session as this is a private time for your personal healing.

Will I lose consciousness or have amnesia?

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, not a loss of consciousness. In fact, hypnosis is characterized by a level of increased awareness.

You are fully aware of your surroundings and what is occurring during a hypnotic session.

Most people remember everything that happens during a hypnosis session.

There is a very small percentage of people that are able to achieve such a deep level of hypnosis that they experience spontaneous amnesia. While this is a very rare occurrence (i.e. only 2% of people experience such deep levels of hypnosis), I offer suggestions to you during a session to ensure that you remember everything.

Would my overthinking affect the quality of my session?

Since the less of the analytical mind presents the better, it is recommended to practice mindfulness and meditation prior the session. During the session your practitioner will also help you through relaxation exercises to quieten your thoughts, and doubts.

Read here for some good preparation practices in advance of your session.

Will I be forced to deal with traumatic memories?

It should be stressed that the subconscious mind has a built-in mechanism that only permits you to experience what you are ready to experience. So, even if it is our intention to uncover traumatic memories, you will not experience them if you are not ready to experience them.

Can hypnosis cause psychological or physical harm?

No, hypnosis is a non-intrusive, non-invasive technique that has no side effects. It is completely safe and cannot cause any psychological or physical harm as long as your hypnotherapist has been trained to use the techniques provided so that you can get the results you want.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients can cancel up to five days in advance of the session in order to get a full refund.

Your session will be cancelled without a refund if you are more than 30 minutes late.

From my heart to yours
Thank you for doing the inner work. It takes courage. You are amazing
